Regulatory content is based primarily on the Drinking Water Inspectorate, legislation and local-authority materials. Product guidance clearly separates a legal requirement from an operational suggestion.
We do not invent named experts, accreditations, endorsements, council approvals or claims that the software provides statutory compliance.
Each guide states its geographic scope where relevant. England and Wales have different regulation numbering in places, so England-focused pages do not silently generalise to Wales.
Where official guidance changes, affected content should be reviewed and dated. Users should confirm their own circumstances with the local authority responsible for their supply.
